I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (Sathyamangalam) in June 2025

Interview

First round is Group discussion, students shortlisted from round 1 goes for online aptitude test(Round 2 - sub-round 1), if qualified in aptitude marks,(sub-round 2) is technical answering (java technical questions), if qualified in sub-round 2, last sub-round coding, 2 easy problems based on array and traversing

OOPS fundamentals like polymorphism, abstraction, encapsulation, classes, object, and also to write code (syntax)

Interviewer joined after 1 hour of login time, asked me just what are the pillars of oop that i answered correctly and other hr questions which lasted for just 5 minutes and rejected me based on these 5 minutes

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.

The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
