The selection process involved four rounds: a Group Discussion (GD) to assess communication and teamwork, followed by an online aptitude and technical test. Shortlisted candidates proceeded to a Technical Interview focusing on domain knowledge, and finally an HR Interview evaluating personality, goals, and cultural fit with the organization.

I attended two rounds of interviews that mainly focused on core Java and Spring Boot concepts. The interviewers asked questions on exception handling, Java 8 features such as Streams and Lambda expressions, Spring Boot annotations, REST controllers, SOLID design principles, and SQL join queries. The discussions were mostly based on practical application and understanding of backend development concepts.
