I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hexcel (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2025
Interview
They will interview you with a manager, supervisor and HR. They will ask about 10-15 questions mostly about previous experience and how you would or have handled certain situations. It takes about a month before you actually start working. You must pass a full background, physical and drug test.
Asked me a lot of things that had to do with science even though the job itself has nothing to do with science. They make you take a test that quizzes you on math and algebra and it was things from school that I didn't remember. I completely failed the test but still got the job. All you need to know for the job is addition and subtraction. The test is a waste of time for them.
