Simple interview process, focus on experience and value fit - including with the ceo which is very informal and more like an introduction to the company. Putting my time into understanding the company background is important

Multiple interviews across different people in the company. Includes a case study related to the position. Overall process was slow and comp offer was fine. Recruiting team is nice but felt like the business wasn't sure what they were looking for
