      Systems Developer Interview

      18 Nov 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Heywood

      Interview

First a telephonic interview. Then an assignment which is discussed in final stage interview. The questions asked in interview are mostly role based and about the general understanding of best software practices. The people interviewing are good and friendly. But the overall atmosphere seems to be tense. First there is an IQ related test in final stage interview. The basic requirement of this test is to sit in a quite place. But during my test there was constantly noise coming through walls of the room where the test was being conducted. So every time I was thinking something and focussing on that, this noise got me distracted. This company seems to have very high standards as they only let someone in interview process with good grades. So a person who is a college drop out like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs has nothing to look for in this company.
