The process consisted of two initial interview rounds, followed by a home assignment that I later presented in person at the HiBob office. Throughout all these stages, the interviewing panel was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, consistently making me feel comfortable and reassured. The final stage was a 1:1 conversation with the Head of Customer Experience. I received feedback promptly after the final interview, and since joining, the onboarding process has been seamless.
