Spoke with the senior customer experience specialist, he wanted to get to know me. It started with him just talking a bit about himself and the company, then proceeded to ask regarding my background first and my goals. How I would do in certain situations, and overall a decent talk.

Interview
I was able to get an interview with a Recruiter through a former coworker of mine who works there. The first round interview went fine - was scheduled for a second interview with a team lead, which I thought went fine, too. However, it's been - at the time of posting this - 5 weeks and I haven't heard anything from the recruiter yet on next steps. Safe to say I didn't get it, but they should at least have the common decency to inform candidates of their status in the interview process so we don't have to chase them down. This company looked very promising, but after witnessing their ghosting me? The level of unprofessionalism is far too much. Also, why do 5 rounds of interviews for an entry level position like this? You guys aren't NASA. That leaves more talent to get scooped up from other companies quickly.
