      I applied online. I interviewed at HiBob in July 2023

      Interview

      I received a phone screening from their HR and they asked me a few simple questions about my experience, expected salary, then sent me an assignment to finish within 48 hours. However, they didn’t respond back to me whether I pass the assignment or not. Even I’ve followed up several times. They said will update me on the beginning of the following week, but there was still no update after the entire week has gone, which I evaluate unprofessional.

Whilst mistakes happen, we don’t want anyone who interviews at HiBob to have this experience and we want to continually improve our recruitment process.
