First I got a call from recruiter. They did not disclose the possible salary, just said, that it is below my expectations. I was eager to try to work at Hibob, so decided to try my luck.
Then, there was a video interview with my potential manager. I was given a home task.
It took circa 7 hours to complete it, then I sent it for the review. It was approved and we proceeded.
The next stage was the frontal meeting, it included both personal and experience questions, besides review of the presentation.
Basically, the manager asked the same questions, as in the initial video call.
The meeting was feeling as totally unprepared properly and basically, not really logical. I obviously did not say it out loud, and behaved professionally and provided all the answers to the questions.
After that, received no feedback or update.
Unfortunately, it was a case of very bad preparation and structure from the employer’s side.
