I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HiEnd Accents (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
First round interview, second round interview, assessment, reference check, followed by offer. People were friendly along the way, excited to join the team after the interview process. Met a few people at the company
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HiEnd Accents (Manila, Manila) in June 2025
Interview
I passed the interview process, but communication from the company was very poor. After multiple follow-ups, I finally received a reply saying they were “too busy” and would get back to me in a few weeks if I was still available. This left me hanging with no clear timeline or respect for my time and effort. I let it go. Respect applicants’ time. If you’re not ready to hire, don’t interview candidates until you can follow through. Clear timelines and honest communication would go a long way.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HiEnd Accents in Sept 2023
Interview
I had a fantastic job interview experience as a Graphic Designer at HiEnd Accents. After finding the job posting online, I applied with my resume and portfolio. The response was impressively quick, leading to a friendly video interview with Jonathan. We talked about my background, my passion for design, and their commitment to quality. They were keen on teamwork and collaboration, and I assured them of my team-player spirit. The interview was concise, and they made it feel like a relaxed chat about design. I sent a thank-you email post-interview, and guess what? I got the job! Working with HiEnd Accents has been a dream, and I'm thrilled to help bring affordable luxury to life through my graphics. 🛏️🎨😄
