Submit application online, then there was a phone screening with someone from HR. After that I was invited to an in-person interview with the Dean of Special Education and the Assistant Dean of Special Education. After that, they sent offer letter over, and it had to be revised in order to give current employer two week notice. HR set me up right away online before starting, and it was pretty simple.
