The interview process at Hiber was potentially the best interview process I have ever been through (and probably will ever go through). It was very human, and everyone was so accessible, welcoming, and open to answering to questions. They had a genuine interest in getting to know you, and explain the job description and culture very well. They also introduced themselves (both the company, and each individuals) well, and the interviews were more like pleasant conversations. They respond very quickly, and they provided feedbacks, especially at later stages. Overall, really pleasant and human interview process. The stages I went through were: - 1st call with the recruiter (20 - 30 min.) - 2nd call with the Hiring Manager (30 min.) - 3rd call + role play with the Hiring Manager + Senior BD (60 - 70 min.) - 4th call was with the Head of People and one of the Managers managing the BU I applied for (60 min.) - Offer The whole process took exactly 14 days.
