Hickok Cole Architects, PC interview questions

Found out about the job from a current employee and emailed the hiring manager about my interest immediately. About a month or so later I heard back and a month after that had an interview. Six months or so went by and then they asked for another interview. Another month or so went by and they called me with an offer.
