Interview
Two interviews total. The first interview was with the HR generalist to understand my background and qualifications, and the second interview was more of a formality/culture fit with the head of HR.

Question 1
General background and experience-related questions
3 rounds of interview. They will do screening by phone and then an in person interview and see if the lawyer would like to meet you for the 3round. They have HR to answer your questions and go through the whole process.

Interview
First interview was conducted in person with HR director and manager. The second interview was a few weeks later and conducted by two lawyers that I was to support, also in person.
