Mine its was a campus selection drive attended from collage, gone through written test and 2 rounds of technical interview and then I got the confirmation
After selection, They have provided me the programming training about 1 month in the work place, and then taken the last round of interview. Finally got selected and worked there for 2.5 years.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured, starting with an HR screening followed by a technical round focusing on skills, projects, and scenarios, and ending with a managerial discussion on communication and overall role fit.
