Interview
You get a typical business interview. CV screening, then you are asked to answer a small technical exercise. After that you are interviewed by the managing director and possibly you are asked to answer some technical questions and finally, you are interviewed by the partner.

Question 1
The managing partner will most likely ask you some out of the blue questions in order to test the flaws you displayed in the interview with the managing director. This questions will seem completely random and out of the blue.
