I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Higher information Group in June 2020
Interview
It was a Zoom meeting interview. The interviewer was very direct, which I appreciated. I found the lady to be professional and knowledgeable. Truthfully, I wanted the position, but I was not upset when I was not accepted because I was confident that I was fairly declined. I know that's not something you hear often, but I really think the process was fair.

Interview
Initially, I interviewed on the phone with the HR Manager. I was then called in to have a face to face interview with the Local Sales Manager and HR Manager. Then a month goes by and I receive an email saying that they couldn't meet my salary requirements. About 3 days later from the HR Manager asking me if I could meet her and the Sales Manager for lunch. Since I am currently employed, I opted for breakfast. I met with them and they explained their pay structure. They just about convinced me that it was worthwhile. About a week after that, I met with their VP of Sales and then once again, I received an email stating that they were going to seek other candidates and my 10 years of outside sales experience wasn't enough for their entry level position and pay. I don't understand why they would go out of their way just to waste my time? Very frustrating.
