      Sales Development Representative Interview

      14 July 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HigherMe in June 2022

      Interview

Everyone was very nice and the interviews were very relaxed, comfortable, and fun. The team did a great job getting me excited for the possibility of joining the company. I was continuously given indications that I was overqualified for the role, but was pushed from interview to interview. I reached the 4th interview with the President and CEO. The process was longer than I'd like (over a month) and 4 interviews felt excessive for the role applied for. When asking for specific feedback I was given a coddling cookie cutter response. I could have respected them if they were more direct.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked about work history and almost every interview asked what I did for fun.
