Interview
I saw the post on a Wednesday, reached out to a contact, and was contacted on Friday. I interviewed with the Hiring Manager and the rest of the team Monday and Tuesday. I finished up with a meeting with the Chief of Staff and IT Director. They moved quickly and fortunately, I was able to accommodate additional meetings. The total process took about a week.

Great process and very positive experience. Everyone was transparent and friendly. Questions were both about my work background fit but also management style and cultural fit, which I appreciated. I felt like I had a very good sense of the company's culture and the opportunities for the role by the end of the process.

Interview
Positive interview experience and was very impressed with the overall process. Everyone I met with was direct, genuine, and shared specifics around the company and team culture. After my video interviews were complete, I clearly understood the expectations and the challenges ahead (the good, the bad, and everything in between). I was delighted to learn that HighTower has invested a great deal with HR and expanding. It makes a world of difference when you work for an employer who values employees and makes an effort to understand someone's professional development goals and well-being. Unlimited PTO, hybrid options, excellent benefit premiums...would highly recommend!
