Interview
Four interview phases from start to finish. After my initial conversation with the Director of Talent Operations, I spoke separately with the CEO and the Sales Manager and then did a final presentation to both. Every conversation had a different goal and I was kept well-informed of each. The process was transparent and informative. I appreciated that the CEO and Sales Manager asked at the start of each call if I knew what we were expected to review and if I felt prepared ahead of time.

Varied from each interviewer but always pointed to the practical application of sales and interpersonal skills, proven results in previous roles, and questions that revealed if we were a good mutual fit on different levels.
