Highwire Internship interview questions

This review is less about the interview process and more about what came after. Human resources clearly needs to step up their game to be more organized, and communicate to those who have taken the time to interview with the company. The interview process was normal, nothing too out of the ordinary. A few of the people I spoke to seemed uninterested in my background and what I had to offer Highwire- seemed like they weren't necessarily looking for anyone special. During the interview process, there were some disorganized bits on HR's end but that is mostly understandable. Other than that most PR professionals I spoke with were nice and asked typical questions. The issue is clearly their human resources department. There was no communication from the last interview onward, despite making it to the last round, I still have no answers despite contacting HR multiple times. There was never any effort to let me know what happened with the interview. This process took nearly a month, mainly in waiting time. HR seems unprofessional and inexperienced. I once was excited about this opportunity at a smaller agency that seemed to really care about those who worked for them, I am left with a negative experience with no answers. Would not recommend this company.

I applied online and was emailed back about 2 weeks later. The time I agreed to talk was different than the time they actually called me. They called me and talked on the phone for about 20 mins.
