Higson interview questions

First round was a short screening call with the Senior Consultant about my interests, what motivated me to apply and why this job role. Second round was to deliver a short workshop in an area of their expertise. Third round was a brief call with the Founder, and the final round involved re-delivering the workshop with the feedback they gave, and answering some behavioural questions.
