Interview
I first did a phone screen with the HR Manager and after about a week I was called back in for an in-person interview with the attorneys. The HR Manager did a good job and was very detailed in explaining the position. She also told me that if I did not hear back right away it was due to the attorneys' travel schedules. The attorneys were great and answered all of my questions.

Interview
I submitted my resume online after noticing available position. Although I did not receive feedback for the positions I originally applied for, several weeks later I received a call for a position for which they felt my skill set was appropriate. I initialed participated in a telephone interview, which was approximately 45 minutes in duration. I then received a request and scheduled a second interview, which involved the manager of the paralegals. Approximately a week later I was contacted to schedule an interview in person with the HR Director, Paralegal Manager and the two attorneys with whom I would be working.
