1 interview with a Global Supply Manager (would have been the boss for the position)
1 interview with the COO of a subsidiary company
1 interview with the COO of the company itself
During the 2nd interview I was told that making it to the 4th interview was just a formality as the COO wanted to meet the intern. Upon making it to this interview, the COO asked me such questions as "describe yourself in 3 words." After this, I received a generic rejection email from workday with zero personalization.
Very unprofessional in my opinion.
