The interview process is extensive, involving discussions with fellow associates, vice presidents, HR and ultimately the Managing Director before proceeding to the case study evaluation. 1 hour interview for each round

Interview
I was contacted by someone from Hillhouse for an associate opening. He requested a phone screen. After I accepted, there was no response for 2 weeks. I proceeded to follow up with no response. During that time I accepted another position. Suffice it to say I was not impressed. The person who contacted me also used a gmail account. I thought the whole thing was very unprofessional. Advice to management: invest in a more professional human resource contractor!
