I applied via internal hiring process, received an email shortly after, and sat down a few days later with the manager for an interview. The entire process took about 3 days, and the interview itself lasted less than 15 minutes. It was a very laid-back interview (one of the managers was wearing jeans; this is unprofessional business attire, and I've seen it multiple times during my time in this company and in interviews - 3 out of the 4 interviews, including my initial hiring review, have had this issue).
