Interview
First interview round with Head of IT & Digital gave me a clear picture about the company and some more insight in the challenges. After this two more rounds followed, with the Lead Product Manager and COO and finally the COO and CFO. I was really challenged during the interviews, which is something I prefer as it brings out the best in me.

How I would ensure to set myself up for success by creating a healthy work-life balance and making sure not to get overwhelmed by the (high) workload.
Makkelijk, easy going en voelde niet eens als een sollicitatiegesprek maar meer als een intern overleg met collega’s. Ik voelde me op mijn gemak en kon duidelijk mijn toegevoegde waarde overbrengen.
