Interview
I managed to get to a 2nd interview stage. The first one was with the direct manager, which went really well, with normal questions to be expected for the role. The second interview was with HR which was way less friendly, who asked questions that are not that reasonable.
Case studies based. Helps if you learn about the company, business model, its values before the interview. First round with HR followed by team lead and head of the department. People fit is really important for success.
