Interview
Virtual, general interview thru teams. A technical manger asked questions on why are u interested, self intro, what is ur role in a team, what was ur last time dealing with disagreements in a team and availability etc. The interviewer was nice. I declined because they do not provide accomodation or allowance for travel.
First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
