Interview
Long process, at least a couple of months. Made it to the 20 candidates and was not able to move forward. Lot of very similar questions throughout the whole process so make sure you refine your delivery of the answers.

Question 1
Talk about a multi cultural experience you have had?
First a recorded interview where you answer questions, then a video call with TA talking about alignment, previous experiences.. then case study, where you receive a case (around 30 pages) and have 75 min to prepare a presentation.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews: HR, Case Study, Business, if you make it to the end you will get invited to participate an Assessment Center in person. I didn't make it to the AC. The process is lengthy but HR is supportive and responsive to provide prompt feedback.
