Video recorded section that you film yourself at home, answering questions such as why do want to work at Hilti, then a face to face with two managers at the head office.
Wasn't offered a drink, not even water. One interviewer was incredibly nervous and his hands were shaking, which made me uncomfortable. Felt like an exercise for him to build up his recruitment experience.
Field ride is arranged in the end meant to be expierence sales life first and also a interview for a few times a few round.
Everything goes smooth and nicely, question is typical.

Face to face interview was scheduled after a phone screening interview. HR was professional & dropped an interview appointment. Staff was late for interview. Interviewer was more than 30 minutes late. Interviewer was busy with handphone during entire interview while asking interview questions.
