Long process overall took over 4 months, steps: Applied directly to Hilti, behavioural based question interview with Hiring Manager/team leader, online case study interview with analysis and presentation with Hiring Manager, behavioural based question interview with HR, final round interview @ Hilti Headquarters in Schaan with multiple 1:1 interviews with Hiring Manager, Cross functional team leader, SVP and HR, Case Study Panel Presentation. Received negative comments from SVP and cross functional team leader about the analysis and the presentation without providing constructive feedback. SVP commented that he realizes that is not easy for a Woman to stand and present in front of 3 men.
