Applied through a recruitment agency and got an interview within a week with HR. Felt weird doing interview through Microsoft Teams, and I am the only one sharing my video. It would be easier if the HR just called me instead. The interview was very transactional; the interviewer goes through a list of questions and waiting for the response. It took about an hour for the screening interview and felt like a one-way interaction. Halfway through it, I lost interest in the meeting.
