I had interview with 3 people from HR, development and managing sections, for a technical manager position. For a senior position interview, one doesn't expect to be asked the cliche and old fashion questions of 'what is your week point?' and 'describe your failures'. I am a female Eng. and I had to answer many questions concerning how I deal with male-coworkers, and ' if i feel comfortable with guys who talk about football in their coffee corner?'! I couldn't go further with my application. The feedback I received from recruiter was finally something gender related . A frustrating experience!
