Not the align process and no clarity during the interview. They don't even know how to take technical interview. Invited for the technical round but there were just basic questions about why you left your last org and why you want to join Hilti

No proper interviews stages. They called for technical round but there were no technical questions asked just why you want to join Hilti and the whole interview was jumping around same questions again and again. They were focusing more about your last job, why and what and nothing.
