Interview
At the first round they always want to find out what kind of person you are. So instead of the regular giving examples in stories to prove certain experience or skills, prepare to answer questions honestly about yourself, and about what you values you believe in and what's important to you. Personality fit with the company culture is the first "exam" to pass if you want to work for Hilti.
