Received email to set up interview. That process was quick and prompt response. Interview was a 30 minute phone call. The HR Rep asked questions which I answered then she would say no what I an asking is xxx and ask a hint different. I would elaborate. Then she would say what I am meaning is xxx and then she would say what she was really wondering. Somehow I was supposed to piece it together, although what she was initially asking and what she was looking for I provided but she was unable to infer that and needed it spelled out. I felt everything went well. She noted I would be receiving a further email and to complete what was in the email. I did not get the email. I have time as she mentioned others would be interviewed. I sent a follow up email to the initial HR Rep and got a response that they went with other candidates.
Typically I wouldn't think much of the lack of response, except I interviewed with this company, different HR Rep and for different position over a year ago. Again, no response following interview until I reached out.
