Hilton Food Group interview questions

I went through a 2 stage interview process only to be completely ghosted. The first stage was on Teams with the hiring manager and this went well, there were some tricky questions but I got a good feeling from them. Following this interview there was then a delay of a couple of weeks before they invited me on to site for a tour and a second stage interview with the team. The tour and the interview were informative but did open my eyes to some serious issues around workload and lack of direction. Following this process I reached out to the recruitment team via email and LinkedIn and phone call but no one ever got back to me. It's now almost 2 months down the line and still I've heard nothing, yet I have noticed that the same role is being advertised in a different location. I have no problem with not being successful, but I think that wasting candidates time is unfair and just a quick email would have been absolutely fine.
