The interview process was pretty standard for most health tech companies. I started out with an HR phone screen, then had an interview with the Hiring Manager, and then moved on to a Virtual Onsite interview. Overall, everyone I interviewed with was really welcoming and the HR coordinators were very communicative throughout the entire process!
However, I did think the project I was asked to complete before the onsite interview was a little more involved than the tasks I had completed with other companies.
