Process took about 7 weeks from start to finish consisting of the following steps: 1. Initial Recruiter Phone Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Take Home Assignment 4. 2 Final Interviews Interviewing with Hinge was a breath of fresh air. HR communication was prompt and the interviewers were great reflections of Hinge's values.

Started one week with a general video call, A couple days later the sent an assessment for me to do online and send back. I finished that and had to wait another week and then they said I had two more interviews. Did both of those and thought I did well. After that, I had to wait about 3 weeks before finally getting told I didn't get the job. I don't understand that process or why it took so long for them to make a decision, but I was disappointed overall.
