Applied online and two days later got a request for a phone screen with Hiring Manager. First interview was a screen and we talked about 20-30 minutes, very casual and professional. The Hiring manager then requested we have a formal 2nd interview with another member of their team via Zoom a week later. Had the 2nd interview and was asked the typical behavioral based/real life scenario questions. It was very easy and comfortable. I did not get an offer however the experience was pleasant and they made a good impression.
