I was initially interviewed by phone, then by the company owner. That's the standard procedure. I was told about the hiring process, the hours, the salary, how a supervisor would be doing the training and evaluating for 2 weeks, then I would be free to work with 1 other person. I was also informed of the bonus incentives for attendance, attitude, quality and speed, which were encouraging. The schedule starts at 3 days/week then moves up. Being on-call is mandatory.
