Interview
Went through an initial phone screening with a manager, then did a team interview and lastly a phone screening with the president. This entire process took 4 weeks.
Manager sent an email on a Thursday saying "Waiting to get some forms signed by so and so, then will present you with a compensation package and a overview of benefits, then we will have a more detailed discussion." Come to find out the following Monday at around 340PM, that I did not get the position. Have never been led on for so long with a company with very mixed messages.
