Hired by Matrix contacted me on LinkedIn with an offer from one of their client companies. I expressed interest in a different position than the one they put before me, and I was nevertheless quickly given offer details and was able to launch into the application process immediately. The staff was very professional. They conducted a short and friendly screening interview by phone to assess my personality, and made me feel at ease about the whole process. They were quick to help when the company I was applying to seemed to be dragging its feet on keeping me up to date with application next steps. My HbM reps interceded on my behalf, found out what was going on, and explained it to me. I appreciated that kind of investment very much.
