For the first round they take an aptitude test, after clearing test, 2nd round is done by Head of Department , if shortlist, final round is done by Senior Management

The interview made me clear about my vision over my career as i wasn't clear although. i started planning for my future at that very day so it was very much helpfull even if i haven't had any plan.
