General questions make me feel unprofessional. They only ask about what they know. The salary is a bit lower than expected, so there's no going further. That's about it. Good for beginners, not for experienced engineers.
It has several rounds of interviews, first round is just some simple chat, and about the company. The second round was a slide presentation, with some scientist there to ask questions
4 stages, HR short into interview, then an interview with a team leader, next a technical round with a committee, next there was supposed to be an interview with the director but I didn't get to that one. The technical round required a ppt on the provided topic.
