Come debuggare un problema leggendo i log o testando il software?
I applied for a job through LinkedIn at Hitachi, and I met all the skill requirements listed in the job description. However, my application was rejected, seemingly due to the involvement of an external agency, Synergie Italia, Genova. I strongly believe that this agency is unnecessarily rejecting a high number of qualified candidates.
My experience with them has been frustrating. I spoke with the same representative twice, and after each conversation, she simply disappeared without any follow-up. It felt unprofessional, and at times, I even wondered if there was bias involved in their selection process.
I want to warn other job seekers to be cautious when applying for positions handled by Synergie Italia, Genova. Either they are not serious about hiring, or their process is flawed. I hope someone from Hitachi takes note of how Synergie Italia, Genova is managing recruitment, as their practices may be harming potential candidates and the company itself.

Question 1
The only interview I had was with a representative from Synergie Italia, Genova via Microsoft Teams. During the call, HR of Synergie Italia, asked about my skills, then shared the job description, provided details about the company, and explained the role. HR of Synergie Italia also inquired about my current salary, benefits and reasons for wanting to change jobs.
At the end of the meeting, the HR representative from Synergie Italia told me that my resume would be forwarded to Hitachi for a technical interview. However, after that, the person completely disappeared and failed to follow up. This has happened twice with the same HR representative from Synergie Italia. It raises concerns about their professionalism and efficiency in handling recruitment processes.
I firmly believe that Synergie Italia's involvement in the hiring process should be reconsidered, as they consistently overlook qualified candidates. Their approach seems unprofessional, and it appears they struggle to manage recruitment effectively.

L'intervista si è svolta telefonicamente con un HR di Synergie Italia. Al termine della chiamata, l'HR mi ha informato che avrei ricevuto un riscontro entro due giorni, dopo aver discusso con i manager. Purtroppo, non ho ricevuto alcun feedback, nonostante i miei tentativi di richiedere informazioni nei giorni successivi.
