it is an easy interview. they do not ask too much personalty question. for the technique questions, they ask what you have done in school and how do you do in a project(they give you an example).

Interview
HR will send candidates resumes to department head, and arrange interview if department head found interesting. Usually HR only takes care salary negotiation, and suggestion of this candidates, no strong direct influence on hiring.
