Responded to a Linkedin post. Got selected for a 15 minute screening interview where we talked about my current job, what I was looking for, a little about my experience, etc. It is a new position so there was also discussion on what they were looking (at least for now) and what was expected of this person in the future, etc. True to their word, I heard back a couple of days later. I certainly would have liked to have moved forward but I genuinely wasn't enthusiastic about the job after the call (nothing the interviewer did, but 15 minutes isn't enough and I'd categorize my whole experience as one big shrug).
