Interview was a job fair for new store. Two managers interviewed many applicants, often two in a room. District manager was present.
Most applicants were accepted, however these workers were part of the build up for the store. Consider this another stage in the interview. The new store was staffed by over 60 people, until after the first week, when it was downsized to 45.

Interviewer doesn't provide full attention and will talk on the phone to other people during interview and call it multitasking, From there, the interview process didn't feel much like of an interview, just a miserable questionnaire. That someone got voluntold to be apart of.

1 on 1 interview with store manager. Fill out paperwork and explain what you can contribute to the team. Give examples of past team collaboration and strengths and weaknesses. Good to bring a resume of past skills.
